Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA – Twilght Saga star Taylor Lautner continues to receive a lot of attention over his lean muscular physique and six pack abs.

While celebrity workout programs get a lot of media attention when an actor bulks up for a role, many people are turning their attention to Taylor Lautner’s diet and nutritional plan as well.

Through training, proper diet, and nutrition Lautner was able to gain over thirty pounds of lean muscle mass. High protein, adequate calories, and frequent meals played a big part in Taylor’s muscle building transformation.

The key to Lauter’s diet was to consume a set amount of calories each day based on his goal weight, then divide those calories into an equal amount of meals each day.

“I’m very happy to see so many people taking an interest in Taylor Lautner’s diet and nutritional program”, says Chris Cannon, founder of the Free Muscle Building Tips website. “Too many people focus on just lifting weights with poor nutrition, then question why they don’t get results”
