As the Twilight Saga hype grows for Breaking Dawn and the return of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner on the big screen, the latest Breaking Dawn news to come down the pike has the already getting fitted for their Breaking Dawn wardrobes. According to the Twitter page of Breaking Dawn star Peter Facinelli who plays Twilight Saga vampire Carlisle Cullen, Facinelli has already been fitted for wardrobe in for Breaking Dawn, which irritated the legs of Peter Facinelli after trying on Breaking Dawn clothes for hours.

Sad news alert! You won’t be seeing Twilight’s biggest stars this weekend—at least not on Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards… Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are not—we repeat, not—expected to attend the big Chelsea Handler-hosted shindig. It’ll be weird without them, but with no projects (i.e., Breaking Dawn) to promote, there’s no major reason for the trio to be there. Plus, they’re busy. Rob’s been on holiday while Kristen and Taylor are off filming nonbloodsucking projects. No word on other Twi- plans for the VMAs, but we wouldn’t be surprised if some of the vampire saga’s other costars show up at the VMAs to represent. And now for the seriously more hard-core Twi-hards out there, Summit Entertainment is celebrating Bella’s upcoming birthday by rereleasing Eclipse in theaters starting on Friday. In other movie—but not Twilight—news, the late night place to be at the Venice Film Festival appears to be the popup outpost of Amy Sacco’s famed New York club Bungalow 8. Joaquin Phoenix and Casey Affleck have been regulars, according to a fellow clubgoer. Clive Owen was there last night, as was Ben Affleck, who had dinner with Jeremy Renner. Sunday’s guest list included Darren Aronofsky, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez and Naomi Campbell. SOURCE: E! Online |

Los Angeles families are dusting off their Halloween costumes and gearing up for one of LA’s biggest family Halloween events, Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times’ 18th Annual Halloween Carnival presented by JAKKS Cares, the philanthropic arm of JAKKS Pacific, Inc. The Carnival, which raises money for Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times, has grown exponentially over the last 17 years, raising more than $7 million through ticket sales for this annual event. Celebrities who have taken part in the event before include Ben Stiller, Taylor Lautner, Josh Duhamel, Heather Locklear, Vanessa Williams, Marcia Cross, Jerry O’Connell, Aaron Carter, Karina Smirnoff, Denise Richards, Cheryl Hines, Michael Chiklis, Brooke Burke, Gilles Marini, Joely Fisher, Jim Belushi and more. It is taking place at the end of October and at that time Taylor will be preparing for Breaking Dawn in Vancouver. Taylor Lautner recently sued McMahon’s RV for failing to deliver a trailer for him to the set of “Abduction” by June 21. The two parties have reached a settlement wherein McMahon’s RV pays $40,000 to Lautner, which he will then donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children’s charity, reports US Weekly. The suit was initially filed citing “emotional distress,” which some took as an indication of diva-like behavior. But an insider tells US that that is not the case. “This was never a suit about money. It was to hold someone accountable,” says the insider. “Taylor never ordered a customized RV — it was a used RV which needed simple safety-related repairs. Now latest report on The Twilight right now is regarding its casting side. It is reported that one of the actors of the HBO series ‘The Pacific’ is going to be appearing in the final chapter(s) of the Twilight Saga: The Breaking Dawn. As you know, the final two films will be directed by Bill Condon that will feature Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Dakota Fanning, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, and Nikki Reed. It is now reported that Rami Malek is selected to play the vampire Benjamin in the final film. Benjamin is an Egyptian vampire who serves as a witness for the Cullens. This is not the first time that Rami has played an Egyptian. He also featured as Ahkmenrah in Night at the Museum 2. Taylor Lautner has been in a lawsuit with McMahon’s RV service after he claimed that the company failed to deliver his reported $300,000 trailer to him in time and in safe form. He did a little barter job on the company and showed his true colors, stating that he would drop it if the company agreed to pay $40,000 to a charity of his choice. Well the company has caved and Lautner’s attorney, Robert Barta, told US Magazine, “McMahon’s RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon’s RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children’s charity with which he has a long-standing relationship.” “The Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing movies currently in theaters to children confined to hospitals due to chronic or life-threatening illnesses. The Lollipop Theater Network works with hospitals nationwide, including the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.” An insider added, “This was never a suit about money. Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I’m trying to balance time to try to update the site. I go to school, I work full time, I’m 24, I’m planning a wedding and taking care of future hubbie and puppy! Updates will follow, luckily there hasn’t been much besides the RV dispute so yay. For now anyways, “Breaking Dawn” shooting will start soon and updates will pick up. Just stay tuned Shur is putting up a new layout soon! |
