The sun is about to rise on the set of Twilight: Breaking Dawn and Teams Edward (Robert Pattinson), Jacob (Taylor Lautner), Bella (Kristen Stewart) and the rest are assembling to start work on the first part of the final book of Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight Saga. Collider have dug about and found that the crew are finishing construction of several locations in the Baton Rouge, with Edward’s house among them. Louisiana based Twilighters may wish to get those zoom lenses on standby as, according to cast member Nikki Reed, the cast will be descending down south in about a week to get the final film underway. Director Bill Condon has amassed a few excellent new names to join the Twilight gang, namely Maggie Grace and Mackenzie Foy as Renesmee and, let’s be honest, this film will make a mint and the fans will love it. Stephenie Meyer has revealed plans to release The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide. The book – due for release next year – has been described as “the definitive encyclopedic reference” to the vampire franchise. The first Twilight novel was released in 2005 and went on to spawn a further three books, a novella and a series of blockbuster movies starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. “I’m always amazed at how many in-depth questions my readers have about my characters and the world within the Twilight Saga,” said Meyer. “With [this], I hoped we could incorporate as many details as possible, including character histories, like Alice’s back story.” She added: “I’m thrilled with the different artistic interpretations done by Young Kim and the other talented illustrators, including Bella’s wedding dress. I hope the fans feel it was worth the wait!” A press release has teased that fans can expect the full-colour guide to contain “exclusive new material” including “character profiles, outtakes, a conversation with Meyer, genealogical charts, maps, extensive cross-references, and much more”. If you’ve been dying to hear the sordid truth about Taylor Swift’s hopes, dreams, heartbreaks and excruciatingly awful ex-boyfriends, you won’t find it in any gossip magazine—instead, you should set your sights on a copy of her upcoming album. Taylor, who looks sultry and elegant on the cover of November’s Glamour told the magazine that while she’s circumspect about her personal biz in interviews, the gloves come off when it’s time to write songs. “Everything that happens to me gets put into a song,” she says. “For some reason, I’m really comfortable talking about my personal life in songs. There, I don’t hold back: names, dates, times, expressions on people’s faces, exactly where we were and how it felt, what I wish I would have said to them in the moment.” She adds, “My next album is something I’m really proud of. I can only write about what I’ve been through. And a lot has happened in the past two years.” Too true: The content of her upcoming album, Speak Now, should ring some bells for anyone who’s followed the country star’s exploits over the past couple years—from gaining widespread fame, to a record-setting spot for Fearless on the Billboard chart, to that whole Kanye thing (which gets its nod in “Innocent,” the song she debuted at this year’s VMAs.) But even though she’s older and wiser in 2010, Taylor is still a romantic at heart. When asked about her outlook on love, she confesses: “I’ve learned that you can’t predict it or plan for it. For someone like me who is obsessed with organization and planning, I love the idea that love is the one exception to that. Love is the one wild card.”

The story behind the video is that in early August i found out that Taylor was going to be filming some scenes for Abduction in Sutersville Pennsylvania. I’ve been trying to meet Taylor for some time now so I knew that I had to go try and meet him at least once while he’s in Pittsburgh. I live in Ontario, Canada so Pennsylvania is still far away but it’s the closest Taylor’s been to me in a while. So I drove down there and stayed for four days. I already knew exactly where they were filming before I got there so each day I went and stayed at the set and waited for any sign of Taylor but I had no luck. On the fourth day I knew he was for sure going to be there filming a scene but I had to leave that day. I stayed there until 4pm then I had to leave and start driving back home. Later that night after i had left he arrived and signed autographs for every single fan that was there. I just missed him. What luck huh. Anyways being on the set was cool and I got to see a bunch of cool stuff. I shot a lot of footage while I was there and I just recently got around to putting it in a video. The Twilight phenomenon has made huge stars out Robert Pattinson, Kristin Stewart and Taylor Lautner but there is one person who feels she has not gotten the credit she deserves and is trying to bring her role in the Twilight world to people’s attention. Kimbra Hickey is the hand model who posed for the original cover of the first Twilight book. The now famous cover, in which Hickey’s hands clasp a red apple brought her hands a lot of exposure but no one knows who she is. So, she tells the NY Post she has begun to publicize her role herself. She hangs out at the counters of NYC bookstores and informs customers about her Twilight role. Sometimes she says, they ask for her autograph. She also carries around a Gala apple in her pocketbook so that she can instantly recreate her famous cover shot. When she posed for the Twilight cover back in 2004 for she was paid $300. She hopes to cash in further though it seems. She says that she has begun attending Twilight fan conventions and selling apple scented hand lotion. Source: Apex News Network |

 More casting has been announced for THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN. The major players in the Denali clan, the other “veggie” vampire group who are BFF’s of the Cullen clan, have been cast alongside Maggie Grace. Mia Maestro (best known for her role in ALIAS), Myanna Buring and Casey LaBow round out the cast that includes: Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Dakota Fanning and Anna Kendrick. Part 1 of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN hits theaters November 18, 2011 and Part 2 will be released November 16, 2012. Off the top of my head, I can’t think of anymore major characters from the Twilight-verse that have yet to be cast. I suppose director Bill Condon may bring in some big names to play the Amazon vampires, the Irish coven or the Nomads but it looks as though he’s sticking to no name actors for the most part.
