Is anyone going? I think we need to ask if we can PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD get some Taylor commentary on the dvd. We should have had it for New Moon and Eclipse (don’t even want to remember Rob and Kristen’s snark on that one) and his fans have been ignored.

  2. Emily Says:

AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it’s really been unfair–and the under-5 minute “Becoming Jacob” on NM and about 45-second “Taylor Time” on Eclipse and around-7 minute “Jacob’s Destiny” on BD1 don’t count, even though I’ve watched them so many times I have them memorized. I only listened to R&K’s Eclipse comments for a couple of scenes and got too mad and didn’t listen to any more.

Also, what about some Jacob “Deleted Scenes?” I want to see Bella’s vision during the Eclipse kiss and the Rosalie and dogbowl scene. I know they were filmed. Why weren’t they included?

  3. Marianne Says:

Emily…Lilome…Taycob fans were really robbed on the commentaries. I wondered if the vision during the Eclipse kiss would have affected how some fans viewed Bella and her blockheaded choice of Sparklepants. After BD1 on certain Twi sites there were a few Bella/Edward fans that thought Bella looked the happiest with Jacob especially when he shows up at the wedding. We could hope they put some of the deleted scenes on a dvd after BD2 is released. R&K Eclipse comments became tiring for me too.

  4. vera Says:

    Lilome…That will not happen.
If Taylor will participate in writing comments with Kristen and Robert, Robsten fans come in a rage at the mere thought of it ..
    Sadly, but true ..
Emily…..Because the Robsten and Bellvard funs do not want to see it.
The time will come, and we will see all of these deleted scenes.
    I think we’ll see even more ..
But only when the saga is over.
When I watch video from Comic-con, I have a feeling that fans of Jacob ор Taylor, there is not even allowed, because they can ask tricky questions.
    It’s so obvious.

  5. vera Says:

Marianne … I totally agree with you.
Of course, the producers and the producers were afraid people would believe a feeling of Bella and Jacob more than Edward and Bella’s feelings ..
And this fear is justified, I think.
In Russia the most lauded dance scene of Bella with Jacob, because many saw it was there true feelings, and laughed very much when Bella went with Charlie to the most beautiful and beloved man in the world and looked at him with horror and disgust …

  6. vera Says:

oops, i’m so sorry for the mistake in the text…

  7. Emily Says:

vera– You’re probably right. The Robsteners would howl in protest. I, too, laughed at Bella’s face walking down the aisle to Mr. Perfect. I think the J/B dance scene was the best/sweetest between Taylor and Kristen from the whole saga. You can just FEEL how much they like each other–in real life, too. It’s totally believable. I’ve never felt that watching R&K–and I’m not just saying that b/c I’m pro-wolf and anti-vamp:)
I think you are right about the ComiCon audience, as well. Taylor hardly ever gets any good questions from the audience–at least from what I can hear over the incessant, annoying, high-pitched screaming throughout the interviews.

Marianne–I said somewhere else on here a while back–I definitely think MR purposely left out certain Jacob scenes/character traits/dialogue for the reason you mentioned. Bella’s “choice” is idiotic enough with the pro-Edward slant all the movies have, but if Jacob was shown even sweeter(played wonderfully by Taylor, of course), I don’t think non-book fans would have accepted it.

  8. kia Says:

I hope Wyck Godfrey will attend, maybe we’ll hear more news about Tracers…..

  9. Lilly Says:

@kia: Yes! I don’t want to know about BD anymore, give me his next project please :)

  10. *Vickey* Says:

Hey guys! And I agree I was so stoked about him being on commentary for Eclipse and then I find out that it is Rob and Kristen is a bit of a letdown. Just saying! Lol. Have nothing against Rob and Kristen, funny ppl, genuine too, but we were “Rob-bed” literally lol.
And I wish we could too @Lilome ask for that to at least be on BD 2.
IDK I’ve always had hopes of going to Comic Con to see the cast! Still very really to see it but like @Kia @Lilly said ready for Tracer news! haha :)

  11. *Vickey* Says:

And agreed the J&B dance scene in BD 1 was so beautiful and natural! (:
