He looks the definition of adorable here. Hard to believe he was just a sweet teenage boy at one time, as opposed to the sexy man he is today. Though I still think he’s partly retained that boyish innocence, which only adds to the sexiness.
btw I can’t believe Taylor actually has 23 million likes on Facebook, I’m a massive fan and even I wouldn’t have expected that many people to like him lol;)

This was the pic I was talking about ….in another post…………o.k. besides the fact that Tay looks incredibly cute…………doesn’t he look a little mischevious ( I spelled that wrong ?) And is KS ‘s breast pressed up against him? Maybe I’m just wishing that was me in the pic………cause that is what I would do. 23 million likes on facebook….a lot of folks have good taste.

I still can’t find Tay’s official 2013 calendar………and the ones I have found are double the amount of the original price and one was selling for 400 dollars. WTH! Why are his calendars so hard to get……..I don’t understand?

chanda w…I assume you have tried ebay. Sometimes they package current calendars with Twilight calendars.
So the yawnfest that is BreakingFail will be released in two days and I can’t decide which DVD would suit the Team Jacob fan. Any ideas?

Marianne– I’ve been wondering the same thing. I’ve seen a commercial for Wal-Mart. They are selling a combo pack with an extended version of Part 1 (I’m praying it has the dog bowl scene) and regular Part 2. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get what I need with that and won’t have to buy multiple copies. But, I’ll have to read what is says on the box before deciding. I saw that Target has a combo pack with deluxe editions of both together. I wish there was a spreadsheet or chart somewhere with all the different versions and all the features so I could make a better decision. I have no interest whatsoever in any extended honeymoon scenes (gag!) or anything not involving Taylor. I want them for 2 things and 2 things only–dog bowl scene in 1 and strip scene in 2. I am planning on braving the predicted snow where I live on Saturday morning to get my copy and also predict I will have watched the wolf transforming scene at least 20 times by noon. :)
chanda–Sorry about the calendar. I’m enjoying my 2012 one for a second time. That reminds me–I need to change it to March tonight.

MTV Movie Awards nominations will be announced this Tues. Two new Categories,One of them is Best Shirtless performance.
Even though I’m cringing right now I have feeling that a certain someone will definitely get that nod for certain popular scene in Breaking Fail. Weather we like it or not

I see where S Meyers has declared “The Host” her favorite book & Movie, cause she’s a “sci’fi girl”. Nothing like promoting your current project, but coming out for the Host being her fav movie – sounds like she’s distancing herself from Twi movies. I keep hearing rumblings about how much of the cast aren’t really close and someone’s going to start spilling what went on behind the scenes. I hope not, on my part I just want it to fade away.
Love that twitpic that Taylor is the nicest guy, which we already know. Coming from someone at the VF party and being a “mature” lady in a power position makes it sweeter. Thanks firereign.

joanie…janet….SM needs to own the fact that Twilight would have been a better franchise if she had killed a major character in Eclipse and ended Twilight instead of writing BD and becoming a laughingstock. Rob’s continual snarking on Twilight in order to distance himself from it when he accepted the job annoys me too. I don’t think any of the big 3 will spill any beans but a cast member like Kellan (who blabs about when he lost his virginity–nice gentleman) might if the price was right.

Still trying to get that 2013 calendar…..don’t know if it will be Walmart or Target , but I’m getting my BD2 combo from one of em’ at midnight. And the dog scene better be on the extended BD1 version! I never cared for SM…….even though…….she did help to introduce us to Tay………I never really liked her that much. Of course she’s gonna promote whatever her newest project is. She would do the same with the Twilight movies…….she went back and forth with which was her best………I think her real focuse was …green……as in dollar bills. As for RP…….he has always insulted Twilight……….remember the Eclipse commentary …….he and KS……….basically insulted the entire franchise ………..yet everyone was kissing their butts………..like I said……..that green………makes you go along with a lot. Twilight put almost everyone involved on the map…………….they should only have pleasant things to say about being part of that phenom…..because it is rare. I’m ready to hear EVERYTHING behind the scenes of the Twilight monster…………I think they should make a movie about what really happened from the first casting call to the ending of the entire franchise………….I wanna hear all the juicy details. Oh my goodness KL………..what a loser………..he flexes his overblown muscles……..and is considered sexy………don’t think so…………and of course someone like him would want to blab……..and some of the other siblings……….you know the Trio………probably got hate from other cast members, but it was on the quiet tip. I remember when Alex Meraz tried to diss Taylor because he was in Valentines Day. I thought to myself………..this jealous bastard………… we only know your name because you are part of Tay’s/Jacob’s pack. Wow, the fact that Taylor’s fake Twitter managed to stay up that long is sad. And how many people wouldn’t believe it wasn’t him. I guess they’d rather imagine or prefer it was. But I mean, if it was really him… even the real celeb tweeters would know and follow him.
You know, that strip scene in BD2.. way too short, but effective ;) I still find it funny that Charlie thinks of it in a dirty way. It’s like.. Jake isn’t gay, Charlie. LOL! But man, seeing those defined muscles on Taylor this time around… I dunno, way too sexy. :p

OK, everyone, here is the info I can give you.
I bought the extended version of 1 and the regular version of 2 combo pack at Wal-Mart.
Part 1— The ONLY special feature it has is the Director’s Commentary—no behind the scenes documentary, deleted scenes, nothing.
BUT, I did get some good surprises during the movie. IF YOU DO NOT WANT SPOILERS, STOP READING NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is a longer scene with the Volturi at the very beginning of the movie.
Then there’s some extra honeymoon crap where Bella talks about waiting to become a vampire. (Gag)
Then, THEY PUT IN THE DOG BOWL SCENE!!!! I REPEAT, THEY ADDED THE DOG BOWL SCENE!!!
Then, right after Bella drinks the blood for the first time, there is a scene I never knew was shot with Jacob and Alice. It’s really short, but pretty sweet.
Then, it shows Edward knocking Jacob across the room when he figures out he imprinted
(the dirty S.O.B.!) and then a really short shot of Jacob coming to and shoving his arm back into socket before he jumps out of the house to confront the wolves.
So, basically, almost everything added in had Jacob in it!
I couldn’t tell if they added a little more Volturi after the credits started or if that was in there before. Couldn’t remember.
Now, for Part 2—Only Special Features are another commentary with Bill and a “jump to” Edward or Jacob——NOTHING ELSE.
I guess if you want the behind-the-scenes stuff, you’ll have to buy from somewhere else. I’m trying to decide if I want to set out to Target, just in case they have more Jacob scenes in the extended Part 2. I’m torn.
By the way, the strip scene was awesome in the theater, but it’s OH SO MUCH BETTER when you have a pause and rewind button!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;) Just sayin’!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Target stores near me, were not open at midnight, so I had to go to Wal-Mart. There was a line, but no …party atmosphere. This was my first time waiting in line to buy a DVD. The lady behind me kept saying that the lines the years before were much longer. I didn’t care…..I did not want to wait in line AT ALL!! The displays weren’t even set up……the DVD’s were still in boxes. I got the combo pack with BD1extended scenes and BD2-no special features. It was twenty bucks. Saw the dog bowl scene. Despite Bill Condon’s explanation…..there was no VALID reason to take that popular scene out of the movie….it would have added much needed humor to a depressing portion of the movie. I went to Target today and got BD2 with special features…..16.99. Can’t wait for Tay to start doing more movies …on his own……can’t wait.

I got the Walmart combo pack too….went during the day rather than at midnight. I am looking forward to viewing Jacob without all the Edward fangirls that I had to put up with when I saw it in the theater. While there were lots of cheers for Taylor when he came on screen, the girls around me kept swooning every time Sparklepants and Swella kissed.
This was on another Taylor site and thought some who hadn’t seen it might enjoy it. It was a fan experience from the WME Oscar party when Taylor was leaving.
“In the past, I had very little experience with Taylor Lautner up close. He appeared to me to be a little bit cocky from his online persona and way he appears. Last night, he proved my theory wrong. He was humble, nice, and gracious. He did not have to get out of his car at a house party and meet his fans but he went out of his way to do so and with every single one of them. Well, I caved and went to Target and got the Blu-Ray of Part 2 with all the extras. I was too afraid I would miss something with Taylor. Not sure what all those are yet. . . am going to watch in a few minutes. . .will report back if there is anything good. I’m going in with low expectations, though, so I won’t be as disappointed when 99% will be Kristen-gushing. Don’t know if I’ll be able to listen to Bill’s commentary for that reason.
By the way, I kept wondering today, why was Taylor never asked to do a commentary for any of the movies, not even New Moon??? I know the obvious answer–Scummit wanted to pander to the Robsten freaks, but really, would it have killed them? He would have at least taken it more seriously than R&K did and, I’m sure, would have had some good things to say. I would have even liked it if he and Kristen did one together. Oh, well, if only. . .
I was under the impression that there was an extended version of Part 2 as well????? Maybe I just misheard the commercial. They’ll probably wait a few more months and release one of those too. :(

Phew!!!!!!!!! I’m finally finished watching all of the Special Features from the Target dvds. There are 2 discs in the Part 2 pack I bought. The first one has the movie along with the 6 or 7 part documentary like they’ve done for all the other movies. Taylor is hardly in it, like seriously, probably less than 3 minutes out of the HOUR AND A HALF thing. But, if you hang around that long, there is an adorable tiny moment at the very end you need to see.
The second disc has these special features:
Tingles and Chills: Special Vampire Powers (yawn!)
Carlisle’s Contacts: The New Vampires (another yawn for me)
Judge, Jury, and Executioner: Aro and the Volturi (OK only b/c I really like Michael Sheen)
Being Charlie Swan (This part was awesome!!!! I love Billy Burke!!! A little Taylor, too.)
BD Part 2 at Comic-Con–Showed some fan interviews, but mainly snippets of the panel
Stars on the Black Carpet–No Taylor except for a few shots. Did show a few members of the cast talking.
I guess I’m glad I got it, but don’t buy it expecting any new Taylor stuff. :(

I was underwhelmed at the almost Tay-less special features too………it was like REALLY…..this kid was a soldier for this franchise…….and his fans get bits and pieces while..Bill gives DVD time to actors he worked with in the past…….people no one cares about. Glad this crap is over. Like I said ….can’t wait for Tay to start doing stuff with just him. I know he wants to do movies with an ensemble cast…..but he needs to do movies where he is the star too………..he can do both. I never understood why Taylor wasn’t ask to do DVD commentary either. After Bill Condon……..I have more respect for the other directors…….Hardwicke probably took the project the most seriously…….I think she loved the project………if they would have let her stay………the series might have gained more critical respect. Weiz seemed the most fun……..he seemed to enjoy being involved and he brought the wolf pack to life. Slade was cool too……….he clearly wasn’t trying to get in the spotlight……..he gave the movie a more artistic feel. Condon………despite having more money………used cheap graphics and clearly had no real interest in the wolf pack or anyone outside of the couple………it even seemed like Nessie was on the back burner. Oh well………GUP’s 2 yeah!!

chanda–I agree about the cheap graphics. Renesmee’s face was so totally ridiculous and distracting until the very end that I could hardly look at her. The baby was the worst–much creepier than Dracula 1 and 2 to me. Mackenzie is a cute girl, but I don’t understand why they were determined to use her face for the whole movie. You can’t tell me they couldn’t have found babies and toddlers who looked enough like her to use until she grew up enough for Mackenzie to take over. I could see if she had lots of lines, but there are literally, only like 20 in the whole movie. Instead of focusing on all the new vampires I cared nothing about, why not spend more time on developing her character and showing how “special” she was??? And even though I DESPISED the story line, she and Jacob hardly spent time together at all. Whatever—it’s over.
I was always satisfied with the look of the wolves, except when they were shrunk down after New Moon–and their crazy “robo-voices” in Part 1. I hate what happened with the pack in the last 2 movies—making them the “bad” guys in Part 1 and totally cutting them out of Part 2, except to use them in the end to protect the precious vampires. Again, whatever, it’s over, and I’m really starting to be glad.
Maybe Kristen should move in with Bill and his partner. Bill could gush over her and her perfection every day. Maybe she’d develop some self-respect and stop acting like such a downtrodden, woe-is-me, “my life is so hard, but I’m such a serious artist” sullen person.

I can’t wait to see what the plot is. I actually (surprisingly) liked Grown Ups and that’s amazing because usually I do not like Adam Sandler in his movies! But this one was cute! I actually found him funny too lol. So I’m looking forward to part 2 (mainly for Taylor’s cameo of course), but also so that I can get a little laugh.
I heard rumors that the trailer MAY be show. before the Burt Wonderstone movie, but idk if this is true or not!

MTV Movie Awards…….every since they had RP try to force his tongue down Tay’s throat……on national tv……….I don’t care for that show, but just seeing Tay anywhere is ….fine. I did hear that Tay’s appearance in GUP’s 2 was suppose to be a secret……….oops! They should have know that wasn’t gonna happen. I could see Taylor producing films for other folks……….21yr old head honcho..lol…too cute.

@Emily you ever here that what you have in mind and on paper often collides with reality….well…sometimes it means back to the drawing boards.
Yes, the production company is still viable, I’m sure they always have their eye open for an interesting unique story and I’m sure there are things being considered.
You can reap much of the benefits but you also can also see all your invested bucks go down a bottomless pit & get nothing in return. So you get realistic & patient fast. I believe we’ll eventually see something.
Rule of thumb : after filming 1-2 yrs b4 it hits the screen & years of prep B4 it is even greenlit.
– moviegoers & the economy haven’t been that kind to the industry the last few years (and of course if you have the same scenario as a pic that beats you to release – you’re usually toast). Yes there are exceptions but few and far between. (snow white, anyone) with your own production co you reap more benefits but you also run the risk of losing your shirt.

ok.. I haven’t bought the DVD, I’m not sure if I will, I’d love to contribute my money to Taylor but it doesn’t sound like a whole lot of Jacob/Taylor on the DVD, so why else would I bother? But from the behind the scenes sections I’ve seen on youtube, it really seems like they’re pushing heavily on the Rob/Kristen angle. Kristen especially. I sense some damage control? Like they know this will be the last DVD and maybe the legacy of Twilight and they need it to not be super awkward everytime they interact. It definitely looks like the majority of the extras are about repairing the image of Rob/Kristen. Hence why I’m not particularly interested. It seemd like an extended PR campaign of ‘look our couple is perfect! And not awkward at all!’

Kia, Marianne—-wow, no I didn’t hear that he spent the day at Disneyland with SG and Ashley B! Cool! Wish I could see the pics. I don’t get the obsession (yes, I said obsession) with TS and her fans wanting she and TL to get back together again! I just don’t get it! If I remember correctly, SHE broke up with him! So…..what’s the deal?? I just don’t get it. Not to mention, she hasn’t exactly shown the best judgement when it comes to guys and relationships…..no offense. Does anyone know (as much as we CAN actually know without hearing it from them) why Taylor and Selena broke up in the first place, way back when? That was before I became a fan. I think I read somewhere that neither of their parents wanted them to get serious b/c they were both so young. Have no idea if there’s any truth to that. I really liked her before she went down the Bieber road–thought she was a pretty good girl, as far as Hollywood types go–and they looked really cute and happy together.

Emily…Selena said that she met Taylor when he was visiting Kristen. They were a pr dream because they were cute, wholesome, and both making movies in Vancouver. Lainey said they were sweeter than “cupcakes”. Lainey said Taylor’s dad broke them up because they were getting serious and since Selena’s mother had her very young, he didn’t want that for his son. I think that was just gossip for the rags and that Taylor had contracts to fulfill with Scummit and just wanted to hang out with a nice girl like he did with the Twi cast. I used to like her before she “went down the Bieber road” too.

Emily..Marianne- There so many stories and gossip its hard to believe ,I’ve heard Scummit broke them up because they wanted him to be the hot-single hearthrob.I’ve heard Disney didn’t want her to be with him because they wanted her to have a squeaky clean image,and then there’s the whole Dan thing which is weird because we’ve seen pics of Him hugging Selena,infact it seems that her and Sara are the only girls we’ve seen interact with his family. So honestly I think the only ones that knows what really happen is Taylor&Selena. Maybe it wasn’t that serious.

I heard that Taylor was with SG and that other girl at Disneyland too, but if it were true there would be some pics somewhere. I thought the Tay and SG looked so cute together when they hung out before……..striking couple……..but I don’t think he’d go down that road again………….he seems friendly with his exes, but SG and TS and even LC seem to date for status or a PR stunt. I don’t want our Taylor mixed up with that nonsense. I sorta miss hearing about Dan…….he didn’t play around…hollyweird was afraid of him……..funny. I think all these girls and their fans realize how great Tay really is………..after dating one jerk after the other……….but he’s our Tay and they can’t have him back.

@emily the masquerade mask picture was backstage at the Jay Leno Show (last year).
clothes are different because they always change after makeup etc into “show clothes”(his publicist & makeup artist/hair/clothes – or groomer if you prefer)

I always like Tay and SG together, they were cute, she’s the only one of his ex’s I actually liked and the only one I wouldn’t mind him getting back together with, though I’m not sure how I’d feel about him reuniting with an ex, if it’s something he really wanted I’d support him. I’ve always liked Selena, she seemed way more grounded than other Disney stars, never could see what she saw in Bieber, but I think she was brave to stay with him even getting death threats when a lot of people would decide they couldnt bother with the stress. Especially confusing she went to Bieber after being with Taylor. How could you go from that to that? Oh well. I have to admit a small fangirl part of me would squee if they got back together, theyd be so cute but I fear the fan reaction would be uh, intense.
Emily… Do yourself a favour don’t look at it, it will only make you mad, she hates Taylor. If you ask me she’s secretly got a hard-on for him, but hates him because he’s so young and successful.

“How could you go from that to that?” Ha, ha! My thoughts exactly–Bieber was kind of cute in a puppy sort of way at first and seemed really sweet. Now, he just wants to be a thug for some reason—all the tattoos, the drug use, the baggy pants (seriously, pull them up, they look ridiculous), hanging out with rappers—please.
I wouldn’t mind them (T and SG) getting back together just based on looks alone–I think she is so beyond beautiful, and we know how I feel about how Taylor looks, LOL. Doubtful that it would happen, but of all his known famous girlfriends, I liked her the best.
I actually kind of liked her show on Disney. Let me preface this by saying that I teach young kids who watch Disney and Nickelodeon, and they think it’s awesome and hilarious when I know about the characters they talk about from their favorite shows. They were always talking about WOWP, so I tuned in and thought it was pretty cute. Not saying it was ever a must-see for me, but, when nothing else was on . . .

Oh wow….I never knew Taylor and Selena were ever really that serious! I guess you learn something new on this site lol!! O_o I’ve only seen one, maybe two pictures of the two of them together, so I didn’t think they were that serious or even dated that long.
I think Selena’s a sweet girl. I’m not sure either if Taylor would go down the road again of dating an ex, but hey…..you never know! I liked Selena a lot better though before Bieber also. Justin used to be so cute and likeable. NOW days….idk… It seems like once he hit 18 he just went crazy! I’m SOOOO glad Taylor isn’t in the news every other week doing something foolish. Smh….I always ask myself, where is this boy’s parents?? :-/ I think Justin doesn’t have a firm hold on his family life or something, because SURELY someone by now would have reeled him in and gotten him some help with his drug usage….
I shudder to think what his future is going to look like if he’s already acting out at 19.
